We do our happy dance every time an order comes in—and we work hard to get your gift out the door as quickly as possible!

🕒 Order Fulfillment Time

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to carefully curate, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Many orders ship sooner, but during busy seasons, holidays, or special launches, processing may take the full 2 business days.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. Need it faster? Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please note: shipping timeframes begin after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your gift ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

❗ Shipping Delays & Issues

We do our best to make sure your package arrives safe and sound, but occasional delays may happen that are outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

If your order hasn’t arrived or something looks off with tracking, email us at carrie@ohheygiftday.com — we’re always happy to help where we can!

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Oh Hey, Gift Day! is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if an issue occurs.
