💌 Oh Hey, Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You’ve got 14 days from when your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In their original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, just email us at ohheygiftday@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions to get your item back to us safely.
Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first can’t be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Items?

Yikes! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or just isn’t what you ordered, email us right away at ohheygiftday@gmail.com so we can make it right.


🚫 A Few Things We Can’t Take Back

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned, including:

Perishables (like food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (like beauty products)

Hazardous materials (like flammable liquids or gases)

Gift cards or items marked as final sale

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to talk it through.


🔄 Want to Exchange?

The fastest way to swap something out is to place a new order for what you’d like, and request a return for the original item.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Heads up: Your bank or credit card company might take a bit longer to post it.)

If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, email us at ohheygiftday@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
