Product & Availability
Because many of our gift boxes are curated and assembled by hand, product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary due to inventory availability. Any substitutions will always be made thoughtfully and in keeping with the overall style and value of the gift.
Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order fulfillment before shipment. Shipping timelines selected at checkout apply once the package has been shipped and are provided by the shipping carrier.
While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, Oh Hey, Gift Day! is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather interruptions, lost packages, or delivery delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
Personalized Gift Messages
Gift messages are handwritten and included exactly as submitted at checkout. Please review your message carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the curated and gift-ready nature of our products, most orders are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at carrie@ohheygiftday.com so we can help make it right.
